1986 Made in Japan Fender Stratocaster

Fender Stratocaster ST 550 / ST 570 Contemporary (MIJ) • Made in Japan • Fujigen Gakki factory • Circa 1986 • Serial E819741. All original parts and pickups. Tremolo System: Kahler Spyder double-locking tremolo with factory string lock behind the nut, clearly stamped “Kahler” on saddles. This was factory-installed, not aftermarket, and used specifically on Contemporary models to compete with Floyd Rose guitars. Kahler-equipped variants were the higher-spec models. Finish: Re-finished Seafoam Green with Black Fender spaghetti logo. These were Japan domestic models — not for export. Scuff marks on bottom of guitar as per pics (not visible from the front). This is an uncommon, great sounding player Strat with no issues! Pick up in north west Burlington.
