Very good condition barely used. Three years old but only sat on maybe 20-30 times. Can help you load it into your truck. Might fit a large mini van. If you’re interested I can give dimensions. The chaise part detaches from the other half with 2 square cushions. It’s clean. Our house is clean. No rodents or bugs, except the odd spider. Not a single stain. Will not deliver. You must pick up.
