Ashley Olsberg Sleeper Sofa Set Selling my Ashley Olsberg living room set, purchased new in 2022. This has been a fantastic set, and I’ve taken meticulous care of it since the day I bought it. The cushions have been well maintained, and the furniture has been kept clean and in a smoke-free home. Included: * Ashley Olsberg Queen Sleeper Sofa * Matching Loveseat * Matching Ottoman Condition: Overall, the set is in excellent condition for its age. The only issue is a small tear on the ottoman cushion (see photo). The good news is that the cushion can simply be flipped over, so the tear is hidden during everyday use. This set originally cost significantly more, making this a great value at for the entire set. Pickup Information (Please Read) Pickup only. Buyer is responsible for all moving and transportation. Please note: * The furniture is in a tight space. * The legs on the sofa will need to be removed to get it out. * The apartment door will also need to be removed to allow the sleeper sofa to fit through. * The buyer is responsible for removing and reinstalling both the sofa legs and the apartment door, and for ensuring no damage is done to the furniture or the apartment during the move.
