All solid acoustic Simon & Patrick Woodland Pro Spruce guitar

All solid spruce acoustic Simon & Patrick guitar. The model is the Woodland Pro Spruce. The top is solid spruce and it had solid mahogany sides and back. In great condition, except for a small nick on the body which you can see on the bottom left - doesn’t affect the sound at all. It was restrung with lighter strings for easier playability but can be restrung if you choose.
