Vintage 1998 Godzilla Piggy Bank

Selling a vintage 1998 Godzilla animated piggy bank made by Trendmasters. It does not have the original box. The lights and speakers work, however, the figure doesn't move. It doesn't seem to be damaged at all, so it could just be a wiring issue, no guarantees though. Does not come with batteries; I will leave them in to show that it works but will take them out as they are my rechargeable batteries.
