Modern Farmhouse extendable table seats 10!

This is a beautiful dark brown partial wood table with leaf. It has a pattern on the surface and some tiny “rustic” edge features as shown. It was purchased and manufactured Oct ‘23 but we’ve only had it a few months. It has barely been used and has NEVER been used without a heat resistant pad and tablecloth. There are no marks at all- it is in BRAND NEW condition. It comes with 1 leaf (24”) and table without it measures 76” x 42” wide. (With leaf 100” x 42”). Has high quality mechanism for installing the leaf, and beautiful iron and wood detail on the base. (Chairs are not new and NOT included in this ad but for $1100 you can have the table plus all 6 of them). Comes with brand new heat resistant table pad (I have 2). Only reason I’m selling is because my son refinished our old table which was very damaged and I love it just as much !
