Build-a-Bear Teddy Bear (with outfit)

I made this Build a Bear for my ex-husband when we first started dating. It’s spent most of the last decade packed away, and I recently found it in some boxes my ex had packed for me to pickup. It’s a cute bear with a cute outfit and it’s basically new. No rips, tears, or loose strings that I can see. The outfit consists of 2 pieces; the shirt/vest/tie and the pants. Both are authentic Build-a-Bear items. Cash or e-transfer accepted. Pickup preferred near Unity Square/MacEwan University; however, I am open to delivering at additional cost. **cat friendly, smoke free home**
