12 ft tree pre lit warm lights

This tree is my pride and joy. Unfortunately have to let go of it as no longer have room in our new space and just couldnt make it work here. Can add ornaments as I well if you are interested. Bought for 400 selling for 300. Used for 2 seasons. Well built fluffy tree. Not cheap looking.
