2 Basement rooms available for rent starting at $500 ,preferrably females. Must be working and able to present 2 govertment IDs and proof of income. Utilities included(internet not included) shared kitchen at the main floor. Parking by the street in front of the house. Strictly no smoking, drinking nor drugs. Must be able to maintain cleanliness in own room and common areas ( kitchen, washroom, living room, dining area). Must be respectful and considerate to other occupants without the need to be reminded . Walking distance on amenities . Will require 1 month adv and 1 month deposit . Min of 3 months stay.
