This is an Alpharev R206 remote control boat. It's blue and yellow with a 2.4GHz transmitter. Includes the boat, remote, and a battery.
The forward and reverse motor is operating normally.
(The steering system isn't working; the power steering unit might be broken, but I don't know how to replace it, which is why it's so cheap.)
