This apartment is being rented out on a weekly or month-to-month basis with some dates in November and December. Although very quiet, there is potential for footsteps or noise from upstairs. Neighbourhood: groceries, fast food, appointments are in walking distance (15-20 min) and TTC is at the doorstep (5 minutes).
