Bedroom Rental

Available from March 1 (or potentially even a little earlier)! Looking for sublessor to take over rent until the end of May. Our contract ends then, but you can ask the landlord to continue after that and they will likely approve. Non-furnished bedroom with private bathroom. Room is on the ground floor of the house. Ground level is shared with two roommates who are students from Brazil, while the upper level is a separate rental unit with its own tenants. Most furnishings can be sold if interested. Lots of street parking at no charge and the washer and dryer are free to use in the unit's main bathroom. Note: desk, chair, and mirror have been sold already.
