Samsung overhead suitcase

Samsung suitcase in good condition other than the wheels. The outer wheel cases came off so it’s essentially on its donut wheels (see pic of wheels). Can be used for storage or as carrying luggage (it still rolls but not as it should). Or replace the wheels if possible?
