Apple iPhone 14 Plus 128GB - network locked

Apple iPhone 14 Plus is network locked and has 128GB of storage capacity., it should be unlockable but I don't know how to. It's fully functional otherwise and as is can be used as a media player or just a browsing device. The back has some cracks on it but it comes with a case to cover it up and the screen has some dead pixels. The price reflects this and is negotiable
