Univega Black Bike Frame with Components

Black Univega bicycle frame with fork, drop handlebars, and shifters. It comes with the brakes and crankset but the bults are rusted so it needs new bults or a whole new brake and crankset. I’m just looking to get rid of it quickly so give me an offer. I’ll probably keep it up for a few days and I’ll pick the person that gives me the best offer.
