Vintage 1999 Blue Beaded Necklace with Floral Beads

I handcrafted this light blue beaded necklace back in 1999. This is a double-strand necklace featuring small blue beads and larger blue beads with a white and red floral design. It has a toggle clasp closure. When laid flat, the longer strand measures approximately 11 inches. This necklace would add a pop of colour to an outfit. Pick up and cash please!😊
