Vintage jacket

Vintage black velvet 100% cotton jacket. Super cute fit and buttons up the front. The inner lining has some piling and wear, but otherwise in good condition! Marked a size L but I suspect this might be kid's sizing - I think this would best fit a small, though refer to the measurements below!
