Singer Sewing Machine

Cabinet based singer, sewing machine it has power running to it and the motor wants to run, but it does not move the needle up and down fast enough, so I’m not sure what the problem is. It also comes with a sewing chair as you can see in the picture and everything in it is yours as well.
