This authentic antique set features a heavy solid cast iron sad iron (flatiron) complete with its original matching geometric diamond trivet. The openwork trivet features a stylized "T" cross-bar design, identifying it as an exclusive piece manufactured for the iconic T. Eaton Company (cast by Taylor Forbes in Guelph, Ontario, circa 1900-1940). Please note: this item is older and has wear. There is some brown paper stuck to the back of the iron.
