First come, first serve!!! This is perfect if you have kittens or smaller cats:) 31.5” tall We bought this for our cats a few months ago. But They have an older cat tower they prefer so they don’t use this one. The only time it gets used is when one jumps up to the window sill. But that’s rarely. It’s cleaned, but I recommend vacuuming it again. Our vacuum is old so it didn’t get everything Pick up and EMT preferred. Can upload better pics tomorrow
