Genuine leather with white piping (factory spec) Folding backrests – correct for 1968 models No rips or tears in the leather Natural patina and some discoloration (one rear panel shows staining from contact with a metal item – see photo) Frames and mechanisms are solid Perfect candidate for use as-is in a survivor car, or for cleaning/re-dyeing to bring back showroom appearance New reproduction leather kits cost over $1,200 CAD plus installation.
