Here’s the breakdown: Seat Dimensions: 15-inch diameter cushion, with a total height of 30.5 inches to the tallest point of the cushion. Rotating Function: One stool rotates smoothly, while the other rotates slowly. Design Features: The stools feature bronze-colored raised dots around the seat (some dots are missing), and there are minor scuff marks on the corners.
