65" Electric Fireplace TV Stand-Remote

*Title:* 65"+ Espresso Electric Fireplace TV Stand - Remote *Description:* Espresso dark brown wood fireplace TV stand. Very solid, heavy-duty build. Fits 65"+ TV. Glass cabinet doors on sides. Fireplace heats really well, solid flame brightness adjusts up/down. Remote included. Note: Flame cannot run without heat, so fan runs when on. Makes a fan noise when heat is on — was told cleaning the fan/motor fixes it. I’m upgrading to white furniture so selling as is. Light wear on top from use, otherwise good condition. Very heavy — need 2 people + truck. Pickup Brampton. This item must go. I need the space for the new furniture. I am willing to do a quick sale if possible. Thanks —
