J.D. Leather Folder Bag

I am listing this on behalf of my grandmother. She said she bought it at The Ex, around 2002. It was very lightly used and then stored away, all these years. I believe she said it's real leather(?) but I didn't know leather could feel so soft..? It feels incredibly satisfying to touch O.O It's also got lots of storage options~! Asking $120.
