Northern Ridge brand cargo box/carrier for vehicle rooftop. Made of something like poly. Black. Purchased spring 2023 and used only once. Almost new, but the paint has faded at one spot during storage. The keys are inside, and the mounting hardware is inside. 16 cubic feet. 10" x 30" x 70"
