Black leather electric recliner sofa

Location is Oshawa (Winchester and Simcoe) Black leather electric recliner in good used condition and in perfect working order. Some wear on one arm (see picture) from being the primary sitting side (think Sheldon from Big Bang Theory 😉) I do believe the backs come off for easy moving. We are unable to assist with moving. Approx dimensions are 76" L x 36" D Please note that this item is currently in a retirement home on the 5th floor. There is an elevator available but pickup arrangements will need to be coordinated.
