Condition: Used. Cleaned with scratch marks from previous usage. The purchase is for 1 pair of crutches Crutch Fitting Guide: Step 1 Pull out the red plastic pieces on each side of the grip. Slide the grip down and leave it there until you complete steps 2 and 3. Step 2 Find your height range on the upper part of the crutch and pull out the top of the crutch into the correct range. Default position is 4'7"-5'2". You do not need to adjust this part if this is your height range. Step 3 Find your exact height on the bottom of the crutch and slide the push button into the correct spot. Step 4 Adjust hand grip so that there is a slight bend at your elbow when using the crutch (approximately 10 degrees). Pull the hand grip up to a desired height and snap the red pieces into the appropriate holes. The locking line on red plastic and grey plastic piece should be on the same straight line.
