Lefant Robot Vacuum M201 - Needs Battery?

Hi there! I bought this Lefant M201 robot vacuum a few months ago. I charged it up and tried to get it working with the app, but I'm having trouble. I'm not sure if it's something I'm doing wrong, or if it might need a new battery. The app was a bit laggy on my phone, and my floors might not be ideal for it. I paid $120 for it, and I'm firm on $45. The battery looks like it's fairly easy to replace, and I saw replacements online for around $25. It does turn on and charge, so it might be worth a shot if you're looking for a project or know how to fix it. Pick up is in downtown Chilliwack by Freshco.
