Watch pin and round necklace pendant with faux diamonds

The watch pendant has a safety pin on the back and the back of the clock is made of stainless steel. Ring detail and faux diamonds circling the clock face. Clock face is upside down in order to read better. Needs new battery. Pendant can fit on various sized chains. Silver plated with sparkling faux diamonds around the circle. Must be able to come to my home to pick up.
