Handlebars broken

The handlebar is off, which is why it’s wrapped up. It works like new though and has its charger. Goes 18mph with app accessibility. If you can fix it, it works amazing, and if not, the parts can be taken and sold. I’m out of space in my apartment. I won’t take under $40
