Room to rent

Room for rent..share kitchen, and bathroom. I also have a curtain put up between the kitchen and the rest of the house, (where my bedroom is) for added privacy. There is a front and back door so we both have our own entrance. The back entrance is in the kitchen, close to the spare room..I always use the front at the other end of the hall, which is closer to my room. The mattress is only 3 years old and was only slept on for 3 months, and it’s a memory foam. The TV is 42 inch, and there is ignite/with Disney plus/Amazon Prime. Wifi of course. Only want to rent to a working women, or a college women. No men, sorry guys, no offence. Some one quiet/doesn’t party, or at least goes away from home to party. No couples please. Some one that’s very clean, about themselves and their surroundings. I’m so OCD lol.
