Brand new, never opened. Important before use: (1) Remove the yellow adhesive tape from inside the water tank and the blue tape from the exterior. (2) Take out and discard the protective foam block from the base of the water tank. If you skip this step, the water valve will not function properly, so if you add water directly to the tank, it will leak! (3) Please carefully read the Startup Guide, Instruction Manual, and all warning labels on the machine. (4) Recommend using filtered or distilled water and refreshing it every 2 days.
