Looking for Roommate Mayfield area of Edmonton For rent: 1 bedroom with shared kitchen, bathroom, and living area. Possibly pet friendly NW Edmonton Mayfield area. Not furnished. Rent is 850$ and damage deposit is 850$ with all utilities and internet included. A little about the space: it’s a 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. Bath bedrooms are in the basement. There is a dining room when u come in the house. We have a nice big pantry with area to store food plus a deep freezer. It’s a split unit and someone does live upstairs. Have access to a big back yard and a fire pit. It’s pretty spacious for a basement suite. Looking for a roommate for beginning of June. Last picture is how big the backyard is. A little about me: Im 22 years old. I don’t work at the moment but I use to be a line cook/dishwasher. Im pretty outgoing and out and about most of the time. During the spring summer and fall Im out having fires often. Im lgbtq friendly and 420 friendly. Smoking only outside if you do smoke.
