2011 VW Jetta SEL 220k, rockers rusted through, mechanic special

Both rockers rusted through, it's in the pics. Previous owner bondo'd over it, found after I bought it. Won't pass an inspection. Daily driver. 2.5 5cyl auto, 220,221 km, shifts clean. Cat's there, winters on alloys, interior complete, records from 2023 on. CarPlay/Android Auto deck. Heated seats, windows and sunroof all work. A/C doesn't. Oil change overdue, startup reminder is just the counter. Brake light was low fluid, topped up with DOT 4 and it's out. Haven't checked pads. Scanned clean, no engine, trans or ABS codes. Wiper motor's new. Going car-free. $1200 cash firm. Reg's signed, transfer form Tuesday. Plates come off, bring a trailer or sort insurance. I'll drive it, no solo test drives.
