This is a RIDGID telescoping basin wrench, model 1017. It's ideal for under sink applications with a slim design that fits in tight spaces. It features spring-loaded jaws for one-handed ratcheting and adjusts from 10" to 17". The capacity is 3/8" to 1 1/4" (10 mm - 30 mm).
