This is an extremely comfortable couch (you will not feel the pull out bed frame at all when sitting) The fabric is a lovely grey (highly stain and wear resistant) No smoking, no pet home. This couch has been only lightly used as I was working out of town. The bed has not been used. RHF Queen Bed Sofa: 74" L x 39" D x 34" H Chaise is on the left side and is 85" (from the back of the couch to the end of the chaise) The total length of the couch is 113" This is a very good brand, built to last with high end components and fabric.
