First Edition "Birds of Canada" Vintage Coffee Table Book

This is the first hardcover edition of the "Birds of Canada" coffee table, authored by Peter N. Casey and printed by Discovery Books in 1984. The book is replete with large, high quality striking photographs of Canadian birds by B. Mitchell. Very good condition. Clean interior. Written on the first blank page is the following inscription: "To Janet, Merry Christmas! 1984. Love, Barry, Colleen, Ryan & Erin xo." Dust jacket shows very light shelf wear but remains very good, with no tears or creases. Book is tight, solid, and structurally sound.
