Located in Mount Pleasant Wisconsin 1961 Imperial Crown Southampton Coupe – Rare Forward Look Mopar Project. For sale is my 1961 Imperial Crown Southampton Coupe, one of Chrysler's flagship luxury cars from the Space Age era. These cars were loaded with features and built to compete with Cadillac and Lincoln. Rare car that's getting harder to find, especially as a complete project. Condition: Engine is locked up. Does not run or drive. Original transmission was removed by the previous owner but is included. Condition is unknown and will likely need rebuilding. Driveshaft is missing. Factory-equipped with power windows, power steering, power brakes, power seat, and factory A/C. Solid frame. Has rust and a few dents, but overall not bad for a 65-year-old Imperial. Body is largely complete with lots of original trim, glass, and parts still on the car. Clean title in hand. This is a total restoration project and is being sold as-is. It would also make an excellent parts car if you're restoring another 1961 Imperial.
