This is a Two Part Gary Fong Inverted Dome light diffuser. It attaches to your camera flash to soften the light. It's lightweight and portable for on-the-go photography. It was about $150 for both pieces when I bought it ten years ago. It’s still in great condition, mint actually. Please note that the black band that you see isn’t included.
