Important info • Drivers must be 19 years of age or older • A valid Ontario G2 or full G driver’s license is required • A major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) is required and kept on file for the rental agreement. The card is not charged unless necessary Insurance Requirements Drivers must have valid insurance coverage for rental or non-owned vehicles. One of the following is required: • Personal auto insurance with OPCF 27 endorsement (also known as Non-Owned Automobile Coverage). Some insurers may list this as NPCF 27 or Grand Touring Package (e.g., TD Insurance). – You must provide the insurance documents showing endorsements and coverages (not just the pink slip). • Credit card rental insurance (such as select Amex or premium cards). – Coverage must be sufficient to cover the full MSRP of the vehicle being rented. Insufficient coverage may result in claim denial. The safest and preferred clients have all three: Valid license, major credit card, and proper insurance coverage. However, we can work with clients as long as insurance is properly covered through one of the approved options above. Please have all documents ready before booking to avoid delays.
