Vintage Asian Bird Motif Large Ceramic Oval Platter

Vintage Japanese large serving platter, frequently referred to as the "Asian Bluebird and Peacock Platter”. Dated around mid century and marked Japan. Gorgeous statement piece to use or display with a vivid design in blue, burgundy, gold, and green. Distributed in Canada through Genco Housewares Hamilton. this would be a unique bridal shower or wedding gift. - excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Appears to have had very little to no use. - the nature of the transferware does leave some areas that show some imperfections as part of the manufacturing process - about 18” wide and 14” high - selling on sites like Chairish for over $155 USD 🏃‍♂️Pick up in the Ossington and Davenport area.
