Purple Brocade Off-Shoulder Roberta Dress

Purple dress with purple brocade floral pattern and off-shoulder scalloped neckline. Has an attached slip with black petticoat/tutu/poofy thing to make the skirt flare out (don't be mad at me please, people who know fashion words!). Possibly vintage. Roberta brand (high quality fabric).
