Private room for rent

Comfortable apartment has one bedroom and a private balcony. Kitchen has a fridge, stove, and microwave. Living area is spacious. Bedroom has a bed and desk. Balcony has space for outdoor seating. It's going to be available at 1st of September. There are two other guys are living in the house. Private laundry is available. Rent is all included and 925 dollars plus +15/20 dollars internet fee. The room is available without furniture but you can take my old roommates’ furnitures with fair price. No parking but street parking is available. It is close by to Dufferin and rogers intersection so bus stops as well.
