Danby portable AC in basically new condition. Bought at the end of last summer and only used a handful of times before being stored away for winter. We moved into a place with central AC now, so this is just sitting here with no use. This thing gets properly cold. Not “slightly cool fan air” cold, but actual ice-cold AC air. Perfect for an upstairs bedroom, condo, office, nursery, basement room, or living area that gets hot once Calgary summer hits. It’s also very quiet for a portable AC. A lot of portable units sound rough even when they’re new, but this one runs smooth and doesn’t have that cheap rattly sound. We’ve always stuck with Danby AC units because they’re built well, last, and actually cool the room instead of just making noise. Has AC mode, fan mode, and dehumidifier mode. Rolls easily on wheels and comes with the exhaust hose plus the full adjustable window kit, so you’re not missing the expensive parts everyone “forgets” to include, or simply missing.
