Gap leather tote

Gap leather tote shoulder bag. I tried to dye this myself. It used to be bright blue. It's now black and the colour is pretty evenly done but there's colour transfer on the inside of the bag from the suede that transfers black dye to whatever you put in the bag. It needs to be cleaned. I just want it to go to a good home so it's not in the back of the closet!
