Kobo eReader - broken screen

A Kobo eReader, I sat on it and the screen is cracked and touchscreen is unresponsive. If anyone knows how to fix this and can keep it from going to a landfill, it’s yours! On/off button still works, I believe a screen replacement should get it working but not tech savvy enough to do this fix myself.
