Room for rent

I’m renting out a bedroom in my home, we have a large back yard, you will have access to the whole house. I’m very chill to live with. I have a dog so no other animals aloud.. unless they are small and friendly to mine.. it’s 700$ a month everything included. I have a large driveway and a garage if needed. The bedroom no longer has wallpaper I have painted it white. And the room can come furnished or unfurnished with a double bed.
