This is an original 1983-84 Edmonton Trail Blazers hockey team jacket, custom made by Edmonton-based Pergis Jackets & Crests and personalized for “Doug.” The chest embroidery reads “GWM 83-84 TRAIL BLAZERS EDMONTON” above crossed hockey sticks and a puck, while the sleeves carry individual “Doug” and “J R Wiring” embroidered crests. The maker label is a particularly useful piece of provenance.
