Roommate needed for $650 in CedarBrae

Looking for an inclusive, clean, and 25+ roommate to split the top level of a house three ways for $650 each, starting June 1st. We're within walking distance of bus routes #126 and #56, and Max Yellow, with a short bus ride to Southland LRT station. There's a big south-facing balcony perfect for smoking cigarettes, cannabis, or vaping nicotine. A brand new washer/dryer combo and dishwasher were installed in April 2026. We are extremely pet-friendly (excluding dogs, sorry). The house is home to 2 friendly, cuddly cats and 3 birds (1 cockatiel and 2 budgies). The cats can get along with yours, and there's room in the shared storage/laundry rooms for any additional pet terrariums, aquariums, or cages you might need. Please note, to maintain the birds’ respiratory health, the house cannot contain any air fresheners, candles, or Teflon kitchen pans. Utilities are included except for wifi, which can be negotiated and split. The room is roughly 8.5x9 feet.
