Dining Room Set(New)

Basically brand new, it is assembled but doesn't get used except to have things sit on it. It just doesn't quite fit the space so looking to rehome! Specs and dimensions are in the pictures. Disclaimer: when delivered, one of the seats has a small hole - not noticeable unless up close, and doesn't affect functionality or use(pictured). $250 or best reasonable offer. :) Pick up is in Fort Richmond near U of M. Smoke/bug free home. Pulls it still to Island Lakes where I am, but selling on behalf. No delivery, pick up only.
